Brew 300ml of concentrated Birchall Virunga Afternoon Tea with 2 Prism Tea Bags and mix 75ml of it with the ingredients below into a shaker. Shake over ice. Strain into a tall glass, filled with fresh ice cubes and garnished with lime. Enjoy in the garden on a beautiful spring day!

- Southern comfort – 12.5ml
- Fresh lemon juice dash
- Peach syrup
