Carbon Neutral Delivery

As part of our wider commitment to sustainability and looking after our Planet, we offer 100% Carbon Neutral delivery from our Solar Powered Tea Factory (the UK’s first!) at no extra cost to our customers. We achieve this by carbon offsetting every delivery we make and supporting verified volunteer reforestation projects around the world.

 

UK Deliveries

We can deliver to your home address or to an alternative delivery address, if supplied during the Checkout process.

All orders are despatched via Royal Mail and deliveries are made between Monday Friday during working hours, excluding bank holidays.

We aim to despatch all UK orders within 1-5 days.

Parcels sent to mainland addresses within the United Kingdom will be sent free of charge if the total order value is greater than £30.

If the total order value is less than £30, a delivery charge of £4.50 will be applied and this will be displayed clearly during the Checkout process.

International Deliveries

We accept orders for deliveries to global destinations and ship worldwide.

Most orders are despatched the next working day and we aim to deliver all international orders within 5-10 days.

Exact delivery charges will be calculated and displayed during the Checkout process

For all orders sent to Europe delivery charges are applied, based on the order weight, as follows:-

Returns

Any lost, stolen or damaged orders will be replaced, provided you notify us within 30 days of placing your order.

To discuss a delivery or to check on the status of an order, please contact us and we will respond to you as soon as we can reasonably do so.
