Birchall Iced Tea & Peach Iced Tea
A cooling taste sensation of peach and Birchall Darjeeling tea, great at any summer BBQ!!!
Brew the Birchall Darjeeling prism teabag in freshly boiled water for 2 minutes and leave to chill. Darjeeling tea is reduced to a cordial then used to sweeten fresh peach puree, citrus and soda. Served long over ice with a lemon and mint garnish.
Ingredients:
- Birchall Darjeeling Prism Tea – 80ml
- Soda – 80ml
- Fresh Peach Puree
- Squeeze of Citrus
- Ice Cubes
- Lemon & Mint to garnish
