We recently visited Fink’s Salt and Sweet Deli in North London. Their Cinnamon Butter is one of their most popular delicacies and is full of Christmas flavor. A wonderfully sweet and spicy butter it can be enjoyed simply on toast, in porridge or if you are feeling more adventurous glazed over pork! Ingredients:
Block of salted butter
Half tbsp cinnamon
Half a cup of soft brown sugar
Qtr tbsp All spice
Pinch of chilli
