At Birchall Tea we love to support restaurants that have the same commitment to quality and using the finest produce as we do. We were very lucky to spend some time at the wonderful ME Hotel in central London. A magnificent contemporary hotel situated in the middle of London’s West End, it is surrounded by theaters, boutiques and galleries.

ME Hotel produces fabulous food, where the emphasis is on contemporary cuisine of the highest standard. The former Chef director, Barry Vera, is meticulous in his pursuit of excellence and is always pushing his chefs to the highest standards.

We caught up with Barry over a pot of tea to discuss his approach to cooking and why Birchall Tea are the ideal partner for the ME hotel.
