We were very lucky to recently spend some time at the wonderful Llangoed Hall. A magnificent country house hotel, situated in the stunning Wye Valley in South Wales. The restaurant is lead by head chef Nick Brodie and his high quality, locally sourced menu has seen the restaurant rise to one of the top 50 in the UK.

250ml Cream

1 Birchall Green Tea & Peach Prism tea bag

Sugar to taste

Vanilla Pod

1.75 Leaves of Bronze Leaf Gelatin

White Peach Compote – Peaches & Sugar reduced (Simple Option)
